How did Leonora come about?

She really did come out of the blue!

Leonora came about after I drank two delicious cups of expresso while out with friends late one evening. That night I lay wide awake making notes as the story of Leonora unfolded. Now, in my silver years, I can enjoy life to the full and follow inspiration when it comes!

I am an artist by profession and work in various media. If I'm not painting or sculpting, I like to write. When the children were young I wrote and illustrated children's books for them. A few years back, I slipped down the marble stairs and broke my leg and could not work, so I used the time to write a novel!

I am currently writing the next story, about Leonora's sister.
